Weforma公司簡介:
德國Weforma緩沖器公司成立于1980年，公司主要為工業研發和生產緩沖器產品。緩沖產品覆蓋：工業自動化、重工和電梯緩沖吸收器、緩沖氣缸、轉動緩沖器及氣體彈簧等。
各類型的氣彈簧，PUR緩沖器及金屬緩沖墊組成了Weforma的緩沖防震隔離產品。托盤閉鎖裝置、定位氣缸、擒縱機構棘輪裝置及氣夾等也是WEFORMA產品的一員。
工業緩沖器
工業緩沖器是通過內部液壓油的流動起到緩沖作用的封閉式液壓元件。當物體撞擊到緩沖器上時，內部的單向閥系統在活塞環壓力的作用下關閉。液壓油通過節流孔流出，節流孔隨著行程的結束逐步關閉，從而起到減速緩沖作用。動能被轉化為熱能，如果調節正確。在行程終端能量完全被吸收。內部蓄能器補償了活塞桿進入的體積?；貜蛷椈纱_?；钊苎杆倩貜?。緩沖器可以在前段或后端進行調節。

工作原理
weforma HLS型號有兩個壓力室，充滿液壓油和氮氣?；钊麠U
被當做儲油室。
被撞擊時，活塞桿被壓入缸體，使液壓油從節流孔流
出進入到壓力室，推動分離活塞向鋼止動帽移動，壓
縮氮氣。
當負載撤離時，活塞桿在氮氣壓力作用下復位。
